Nortech – Billet Coolant Vent Union, EA888 Gen 3 and 4 1.8T/2.0T Engines

Billet Coolant Vent Union is designed to replace the factory plastic and failure-prone coolant union on the cylinder head of the EA888 Gen3 engines. Being in close proximity to the turbocharger, the factory plastic coolant union is subject to a lot of heat, becoming brittle and failing over time.

Whether swapping out for the already failed part or changing as a preventative measure this Nortech upgraded part will ensure no issues going forward.

The Nortech Billet Coolant Vent Union is machined from billet aluminum, which is ideal for components exposed to high temperatures and harsh operating conditions. The Billet Coolant Vent Union is then black anodized for long-lasting looks and corrosion resistance to ensure that this upgrade is able to withstand the high temperatures next to the turbo.
