Models such as the Mini Cooper and Cooper S are developed for worldwide distribution, rigorously tested on the rolling road and through many miles of subjective analysis. Milltek Sport doesn’t just develop systems for petrol-engined vehicles either; recently the Range Rover Evoque and VW/Audi 2.0 and 3.0 TDI systems were developed giving a useful performance increase and greatly improved ‘spool up’ of the engine due to the larger pipe diameters and reduced back pressure.

Audi’s flagship powerhouse estate – with its whopping 560PS and 700Nm of torque – has been through Milltek Sport’s development centre to receive a power hike, a sharper throttle response and, a reworking of the sound that’s produced by that glorious 4.0 biturbo engine.

Milltek’s technicians looked at how to improve on the OEM exhaust system, which features a number of restrictions in both gas flow rate and sound deadening, and will work their usual magic on it to produce a range of exhaust solutions which deliver more driver-engagement and add to the thrill of driving one of the most powerful cars on the road. As with all Milltek systems, the job is not complete until the system meets these objectives and yet remains completely in tune with how the car is being driven.

The REMUS cat-back solution for the Audi RS6 type 4G is designed to work in perfect cooperation with the stock catalytic converter of the engine. Reduced back pressure and optimized flow dynamics grant a significant increase in power and torque in combination with the well-known sonorous REMUS sound. Due to lightweight construction and sophisticated materials, a reduction in weight can be seen in comparison to the stock exhaust system.

The supplied actuators activate the valves to factory preset positions via the vehicle onboard electronics.

A KW Height Adjustable Spring System is the ideal solution if you want to keep your cars stock dampers but still enjoy the benefits of adjustable lowering like you would get with coilovers.

Whereas a normal spring kit generally offers a fixed amount of lowering, KW’s coilover spring kit comes with it’s own adjustable spring seats/perches which replace the fixed factory items allowing the lowering level of each to be finetuned individually.

Taking only a little more time to install than a lowering spring kit (perhaps an extra hour to finetune the lowering amount) this kit replaces the stock, non-adjustable spring seats/perches and generally includes springs precisely matched to the factory dampers, adjustable perches/seats, bump-stops and dust-covers.

Unlike conventional coilovers which replace the adaptive dampers or an expensive electronically adaptable coilover set-up this upgrade goes straight onto the factory adaptive dampers.

Many of the springs provided are progressive rate. Progressive rate springs are ideal for fast road use. The spring is softer in the middle so for small compressions (e.g. small bumps and imperfections in the road) they remain compliant but firms up as it compresses further to provide excellent body control and taut, predictable handling through corners. KW specifically select the best spring for each application on a kit-by-kit basis.

Each kit is carefully tuned to match the factory dampers on the car it is intended for. These are proving to be a popular upgrade on high-end performance models with adaptive damping from the factory.

As with anything KW make, these springs are manufactured to the highest standards. Each part number is individually TUV certified (copy of certificate can be supplied upon request by us or KW) for peace of mind and to meet local legal requirements. Springs are manufactured from Silicum Steel with a tough weather resistant coating.

APR is pleased to present the ultimate engine control unit (ECU) upgrade for the 4.0 TFSI V8. APR’s ECU upgrade is available in octane-specific variations, including and is conveniently flashed to the vehicle’s factory ECU through the OBD-II port without any physical modification to the factory ECU. APR’s EMCS functionality puts the control of the engine’s operation at your fingertips and allows for additional features and options to be installed to the OEM ECU.

The ECU’s MED 17 engine management system is responsible for proper operation of the engine during constantly changing environmental and load conditions. With built in compensational data for environmental variables and varying load conditions, the factory ECU is far more complex and intelligent than units found in other vehicle makes and marques.

APR’s Calibration Engineers spent months calibrating the engine management system, including many hours of chassis dyno development. With a thorough understanding of the ECU’s torque structure, APR’s Calibration Engineers properly increased engine load to produce more power and torque across the entire power band. APR’s ECU Upgrade increases boost pressure, optimizes ignition timing, cam timing, lambda and more to produce higher output!
