<h4>The perfect suspension setup for more driving pleasure</h4>
<p>If you have already made your first performance modifications to your vehicle our KW coilovers Variant 3 will compliment your upgrades. The patented KW-valve technology for separate adjustment of rebound and compression damping allows you to individually setup your suspension.The adjustable KW bottom valve adjusts the low-speed range of the compression level in twelve clicks.</p>
<p>You don’t need any adjusting tools because of the patented compression adjuster at the lower end of the stainless steel housing. The adjustable compression damping with its twelve exact clicks allows you to manually influence body roll, without having to change the spring rate which optimally matches the rebound.</p>
<p>With the individually adjustable rebound setup of the KW coilover Variant 3 “inox-line”, you can directly influence the handling and comfort with its precise click adjustment. Depending on the vehicle type, the rebound valves of the KW twin-tube dampers on the upper end of the piston rod will be adjusted via an integrated adjustment wheel or a twist-adjustment wheel which is included in the delivery content.</p>
<p>By increasing the rebound force via the adjustment wheel body movements are reduced. You will have more stability during high speed cornering. If you change for example the wheel / tire combination (approved by the car manufacturer) to larger wheels, then with a KW coilover Variant 3 “inox-line” you will be able to adjust the car’s handling perfectly.</p>

<p>This high performance intercooler has the following core dimension 515mm x 367mm x 95mm providing a 120% larger cooling surface and 142% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler.</p>
<p>Our newly developed competition core provides ample airflow to the adjacent components (eg the water radiator) and is also very lightweight in construction. The end tanks of the intercooler are made of freeform cast aluminium and have been optimized in CAD. With the help of additional air guides inside the inlet we achieve uniform filling of the intercooler. This gives excellent cooling with minimum back pressure.</p>
<p>This kit is the ultimate unit for extreme road and racing. The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit and weighs only 11.2 kg. It is mounted to the original mounting points and is easy to perform (1:1 exchange). Optimum cooling of the charged air with a clear increase in performance!</p>

<p>APR 2.5 TFSI High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP)</p>
<p>APR is an OEM supplier of high pressure fueling components to VAG and has operated with a nearly perfect track record since the program’s motorsport backed inception in 2006. With thousands of pumps sold yearly, APR has a wealth of knowledge and manufacturing techniques utilized in the production of critical fueling components with exceptional reliability.</p>
<p>In the early 2000’s, VAG began supplying engines with a new direct injection technology known as FSI. Unlike conventional engines of the past, fuel is sprayed directly into the cylinders under extreme pressure resulting in increased power with lower consumption rates and fewer emissions. The technology has spread across VAG’s entire lineup of modern gasoline engines and is present in the 2.5 TFSI.</p>
<p>The engine’s fueling system operates to a maximum of 2,100 psi (145 bar) of pressure to correctly spray and atomize fuel directly into the engine’s cylinders. This is contrast to multi port injection vehicles of the past which typically operated around 40-60 PSI and were driven off of a low pressure fuel pump. To generate these enormous pressures, the 2.5 TFSI’s variable low pressure fuel pump supplies fuel to a cam driven and solenoid fired high pressure fuel pump which in turn supplies the injectors with fuel.</p>
<p>A three-lobe cam located on the exhaust camshaft drives the 2.5 TFSI’s Hitachi Generation III high pressure fuel pump. As engine speed increases, so does the pump’s ability to displace a greater volume of fuel per minute. The maximum volume the pump can deliver per revolution on the three-lobe cam is dictated by the stroke length from the cam lobe’s lift and bore diameter of the pump’s internal pressurizing cylinder. It’s important to understand, despite the name, APR’s High Pressure Fuel Pump upgrade is not necessarily designed to increase the engine’s fuel rail pressure. The primary goal is to increase the volume of available fuel.</p>
<p>The engine’s fueling system is very capable without modification, even at high power levels generated using APR’s Stage II+ ECU Upgrade and exhaust. However, APR’s Stage III Turbocharger System is capable of generating significantly more power and requires modification to high pressure fuel pump to keep up with fueling demands.</p>

<p>The APR High Pressure Fuel Pump addresses fueling needs and leaves plenty of headroom for safety and further increased power levels in the future. By increasing the pump’s internal capacity, the fueling system is capable of displacing a higher volume of fuel per minute at every RPM.</p>

<p>GFB expands the DV+ range with a direct-fit solution for the weak factory diverter valve used on many European vehicles.</p>
<p>The solenoid coil itself from the factory-fitted valve is great- the ECU opens it faster than any pneumatic valve so why replace it? The weak point however, is the valve mechanism itself. GFB’s DV+ solves this problem by replacing the valve parts with an anodised billet aluminium housing, fitted with a brass piston machined to exacting tolerances.</p>
<p>The end result is sharper throttle response, lightning-fast valve actuation, and it will hold as much boost as you can throw at it. Other manufacturers’ products involve replacing the entire system with a traditional pneumatic valve. This approach requires long vacuum hose runs, additional parts for tapping into the intake manifold vacuum, plus a different solenoid valve to actuate the pneumatic valve, or a ballast resistor to plug into the OE wiring loom. All these additional items result in a product that is slower, less responsive, more expensive and takes much longer to install.</p>
<p>GFB’s DV+ solution on the other hand is more responsive, less expensive, easier to install, and doesn’t cause compressor surge/ turbo flutter. Oh, and it doesn’t require different springs or frequent re-builds either.</p>
