										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>MMR Charge Pipe Kit – Mini JCW (B48)</p>
<p>The MMR high-flow charge pipe kit includes everything you need to improve the performance, reliability and aesthetics of your B48-powered Mini F56 JCW.</p>
<p>With increased boost pressure the standard pipework can be prone to splitting or cracking,  with the MMR lightweight aluminium replacement pipes you can be assured of reliability even at significantly increased power outputs.</p>
<p>The smooth bore pipework improves airflow versus the OE setup and due to reducing any deformation of the hoses under load or vacuum, the MMR charge pipes also improve throttle response and ultimately, power output.</p>
<p>Finished in a durable crinkle black finish – contrasted by laser-etched MMR logo detailing, the MMR charge pipes look as good as they fit and perform, are a direct-replacement for the OE pipework and include two silicone coupler hoses, o-ring gasket, c-clip and required jubilee clips.</p>
<p>The hard pipes also feature a handy 1/8” bung for the easy addition of either methanol, or water injection.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>AEM Induction Kit – Mini Cooper S N14</p>
<p>The AEM induction kit produces horsepower and torque gains by replacing your vehicle’s restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. This air intake system was designed, tuned and dyno-tested to fit specific Mini Cooper S, S Clubman and John Cooper Works models. Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for outstanding air flow, filtration and performance. The air filter is located in the original air box space and is protected by a replacement air box with a fully-opened hood scoop which is designed to reduce intake air temperature and increase horsepower. The intake tubing is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminium featuring a durable black powder coated finish. This air intake system was developed to accommodate the engine’s factory emissions control devices including the mass air flow sensor and vacuum line port as well as an AEM filter minder. The cylinder shaped AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed (depending on driving conditions). The air intake system is backed by AEM’s Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards while others are 50 state legal. <p>The competition intercooler kit has the following core dimensions (580mm x 225mm x 145mm [stepped] = 16.600cm³ / Stock IC 585mm x150mm x95mm, 8.300cm³). The high performance intercooler core provides a 30% larger frontal area and 47% more volume compared to the stock intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. Despite of it´s size the weight of the complete intercooler is only 9,65kg. Constructed of the highest quality Tube and Fin intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminum end tanks optimized by CFD for best possible internal airflow. This intercooler kit is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures. Directly designed for the high requirements of Mini Cooper S JCW.</p>

<p>Unlike their competition, Pipercross have adopted multi layered foam technology for their air filters as opposed to cotton or paper. Why? <b>Because foam has a larger capacity for filtration over cotton or paper.</b> In road use terms this means that a Pipercross filter will flow stronger for longer and maintain peak power output of the vehicle over a cotton or paper counterpart. Whilst the cotton or paper filters begin to restrict airflow due to being thinly stretched over a V shaped wire frame the Pipercross with multi layer technology will continue to perform.</p>

<p>Despite being a relatively new sight in UK showrooms, respected exhaust manufacturer Milltek has released an exciting new range of exhaust options for the latest tuner’s favourite; the new 2.0 F56 Mini Cooper S. As one of the world’s most experienced and accomplished exhaust manufacturers, Milltek Sport has huge experience in gaining the best sound and power improvements from the Mini and has used them to great effect in this system.</p>
<p>As usual, Milltek Sport was one of the first tuners in the UK to gain access to the F56 upon its launch, quickly adding one to its development list. That fact, combined with the company’s vast knowledge of all new Mini powerplants (having had each incarnation of the new Mini through its R&D workshops), has paid huge dividends. The design of the F56 exhaust offers superb power and torque gains, with a thoroughly ‘grown-up’ soundtrack across the entire rev range.</p>
<p>Milltek’s engineers quickly identified that exhaust tuning is critical on the Mini, due to the design of the punchy 2.0 litre engine and the characteristics of the turbocharger and factory mapping. With these two factors playing a major part in the design process, they were keen to lower gas temperatures and optimise back pressure without inducing the ‘rasp’ that so easily occurs when tuning engines of this design. Needless to say, they managed it beautifully and the result is a note that exudes purpose, without droning or annoying at cruising speeds. Milltek’s designers were also careful to optimise the exhaust soundtrack when switched into ‘Sport Mode’. Here, the new system has been optimised to deliver a superb soundtrack with a wonderful note and tone, with pops and bangs on the over-run. Switch it off however and the car returns to a meeker, slightly sportier version of its original self.</p>
<p>The system itself is available from the factory catalyst back and is based around a 2.75″ (70mm) non-magnetic stainless-steel construction. After this, owners can opt for either a centre silencer (resonated) or centre silencer replacement pipe (non-resonated), depending on the exact note they wish to achieve. The tailpipes feature hand-finished GT90 trims in either Polished or Cerakote Black finishes. Each one suits the Cooper S’s valance perfectly.</p>
<p>Manufactured in Milltek’s Derbyshire factory, mandrel bending ensures a perfectly even diameter throughout and fitment that apes the OE system to make for a perfect fitment that will work – and last – forever.</p>

<p>Milltek’s engineers quickly identified that exhaust tuning is critical on the Mini, due to the design of the punchy 2.0 litre engine and the characteristics of the turbocharger and factory mapping. With these two factors playing a major part in the design process, they were keen to lower gas temperatures and optimise back pressure without inducing the ‘rasp’ that so easily occurs when tuning engines of this design. Needless to say, they managed it beautifully and the result is a note that exudes purpose, without droning or annoying at cruising speeds. Milltek’s designers were also careful to optimise the exhaust soundtrack when switched into ‘Sport Mode’. Here, the new system has been optimised to deliver a superb soundtrack with a wonderful note and tone, with pops and bangs on the over-run. Switch it off however and the car returns to a meeker, slightly sportier version of its original self.</p>
<p>The system itself is available from the factory catalyst back and is based around a 2.75″ (70mm) non-magnetic stainless-steel construction. After this, owners can opt for either a centre silencer (resonated) or centre silencer replacement pipe (non-resonated), depending on the exact note they wish to achieve. The tailpipes feature hand-finished GT90 trims in either Polished or Cerakote Black finishes. Each one suits the Cooper S’s valance perfectly.</p>
<p>Manufactured in Milltek’s Derbyshire factory, mandrel bending ensures a perfectly even diameter throughout and fitment that apes the OE system to make for a perfect fitment that will work – and last – forever.</p>
