A lower engine mount bush insert can be one of the most rewarding yet cheapest upgrades you can do to your car. These really help to reduce transmission slop (often felt when going on and off the throttle) by minimising lateral engine movement giving you a much more direct feeling!
Many exhaust manufacturers also advise these as a necessary upgrade when fitting a performance downpipe.

PFF85-831/PFF85-833 replaces the lower half of the original bush OEM part number 5Q0198 037 A/5Q0198 037 B and includes an insert to fit into and fill the voids in the upper bush. This unique bush has been designed to be fitted without subframe removal from the vehicle and avoids associated wheel alignment costs.

• Jetstream Performance Baseplate Filter – Our performance foam air filter, with stainless steel cage construction for superior internal structural support and a spun aluminium neck designed to act as a velocity stack, minimizing turbulence in the intake tract, maximizing flow. • Oversize Turbo Intake Elbow – This part allows for increased potential airflow and slightly increased induction sound. The inlet elbow is made from light weight aluminium tube with CNC machined connections and a laser cut bracket, is fully TIG welded and powder-coated in a textured black finish for an OEM look.
• Silicone Intake Pipe – Single piece turbo intake pipe made with 5-ply polyester reinforced silicone, maintaining a constant 80mm diameter and providing excellent protection from high engine bay temperatures.
• Heat Shield with OEM mounting points – Laser cut, precision folded heat shield powder-coated in black, is designed to fit directly to the standard OEM factory air box mounting points and rubbers without the need for modification. The heat shield helps maintain low intake temperatures by providing a physical barrier between the air filter and the rest of the engine bay and directing the air from the factory cold air feed to the area around the filter.
• Full Fitting Kit – Includes all nuts bolts, hose clamps and high quality silicone hose connectors necessary to fit the kit to a standard car (This kit requires utilization of some components from the standard intake pipe and air box).

Milltek’s technicians have been working overtime of late and the next model that has been released is the new 2013 Audi A3 2.0 TDI 150PS (8V MQB chassis).

Milltek has developed a stainless steel cat-back exhaust system which increases performance and gives the car a deeper, more petrol-like sound.

To cater for the European market there is also an ECE-approved version to meet all current noise and emission regulations.

This is an over size turbo inlet pipe for the IHI turbo chargers used on the 2.0 and 1.8 TFSI (EA888) engines used in MQB chassis vehicles such as (but not limited to) the Golf GTI (mk7) and Audi S3 (8P).

This is a direct replacement for the standard turbo inlet elbow and is compatible with the OEM intake hose and air box.

The inlet elbow comes with all the fittings required and is supplied with clear step-by-step photographic instructions.

Supplied with the kit is a replacement O-ring in case the standard part is worn or perished.
