The BMW Intercooler Kit EVO II Competition has the following core dimensions (520mm x215mm x145mm /stepped 13.840cm³ / Stock IC 510mm x130mm x110mm, 7.293cm³). The high performance intercooler core provides a 68% larger frontal area and 90% more volume compared to the stock mounted intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. Despite of it´s size the weight of the complete intercooler is only 8,6kg. Constructed of the highest quality Tube Fin intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminum endtanks optimized by CFD for best possible internal airflow. This intercooler kit is the best choice when it comes to performance gains and low intake temperatures. Directly designed for the high requirements of BMW 135i and 335i.

Based on the shared platform of the 1-series, Milltek Sport’s R&D team was able to carry over much of the development work it did during 2014 on the M135i model. Therefore, the new M235i system uses the existing and well-proven EC-approved cat back system from

As the M235i uses a later-spec turbo than the earlier M135i, Milltek has also revisited the design of the downpipe, in order to maximise flow and increase performance. The new part as available either with or without the HJS high-flow sports catalyst, depending on the customer’s application. With the cat fitted, full emission legality can be achieved. Speaking of which, Milltek also has a fully EC-approved version of the downpipe/catalyst in development, which will appease even the most ardent of testing bodies.

The new system has been designed around carefully optimised 76mm (3”) non-magnetic stainless-steel pipework which, in testing, offered the best balance between flow and back pressure for the sharpest throttle response. Tips wise, the tastefully-styled GT90s perfectly fill the M235i’s rear valance and are available in either polished or Cerakote black finishes. the M135i, but with the added optional feature of a new race-spec hi-flow Sports Catalyst that features Milltek’s latest Active Valve technology, utilising OE-spec BMW electronic valves in its construction.

These intelligent new valves have been designed to seamlessly integrate with the car’s central electronics, enabling a more sporty and aggressive tone when either “Sport” or “Sport Plus” modes are selected, but when the vehicle is left in “Comfort” or “Eco Pro” modes, a more subtle and OEM-style note is produced, making for sophisticated and refined cruising comfort, even at high speed.

Lowering Range: 25-55m

For drivers wanting more than just ride height adjustment comes the ST XA coilover. Developed alongside KW Automotive the ST XA allows individual adjustment of the damping to suit just about all your driving needs!

Perfect for sporty driving

ST XA coilovers feature KW damping technology which allows the suspension to be made either stiffer or softer depending on the driving conditions. This damping adjustment is made on the upper end of the chromed piston rod allowing the setup to be changed almost instantly. If the rebound force is increased, the car will drive with even more track stability and further reduced bodyroll. If the rebound force is decreased, the car will feel more comfortable when on the move. Any vehicle fitted with ST XA coilovers will act much more agile and sporty compared to standard.

Easy lowering adjustment

Like all ST coilovers the lowering adjustment is made via a continuous thread on the galvanized strut. This even allows the lowering to be made even when the kit is installed by turning the spring plate higher or lower! NOTE: The lowering of each vehicle differs greatly with ST XA coilovers due to the type of construction. For example, older vehicles such as the Honda Civic (EJ9) can be lowered between 40-75mm with ST XA coilovers, while newer models such as the Audi S3 (8P) can be lowered between 10-40mm due to being much lower from the factory.

The high-quality ST XA coilover is based on the twin-tube damping principle of low friction combined with pressure-resistant damper housings. Manufactured directly at KW, a mono block guide and seal package reduces the friction of the damper as well as protecting it against corrosion and dirt. Each galvanized strut is sealed multiple times to ensure maximum longevity in ALL weather conditions.

Need to get low? ST coilovers feature a continuous thread construction for height adjustment from moderate to eXtreme! Each coilover is manufactured by KW Automotive and their expertise and know how ensures maximum quality and fantastic driving dynamics.

Once installed, the ST X coilover can be easily adjusted using a polyamide ring on the galvanized, multiple-sealed strut. Adjustment is different for each car, but typically you can expect between 35 and 65mm of lowering on both the front and rear axles. For lowered cars as standard (such as the BMW E9x 3-series) the ST X coilover features a range of 30 to 60mm (front axle) and 25-55mm (rear axle).

Improved driving dynamics and handling

Designed in conjunction with KW Germany, ST X coilovers deliver a sporty handling by reducing the car’s bodyroll during compression as well as improving agility when driving fast. The high-quality production of each ST X coilover includes a low-friction and pressure resistant housing alongside a chrome-plated piston rod for maximum longevity.
