All milltek’s new downpipes in this range will feature fully CAD designed and optimised casting that is made from 304 stainless steel, and are designed for the best possible fitment across the wide range of applications that they will be available for.

The new range will also benefit from improved flow rates due to the superior design as well as better thermal management properties over the traditional downpipe designs previously offered.

In-addition all downpipes will now feature “OEM” style soft flexi sections to improve durability and reduce transfer of unwanted noise, harshness or vibration into the cabin.

APR is pleased to present the ultimate engine control unit (ECU) upgrade for the 2.0T EA888 Gen 1 engine. APR’s ECU upgrade is available in octane-specific variations and is conveniently flashed to the vehicle’s factory ECU through the OBD-II port without any physical modification to the factory ECU. APR’s EMCS functionality puts the control of the engine’s operation at your fingertips and allows for additional features and options to be installed to the OEM ECU.

The ECU’s MED 17 engine management system is responsible for proper operation of the engine during constantly changing environmental and load conditions. With built in compensational data for environmental variables and varying load conditions, the factory ECU is far more complex and intelligent than units found in other vehicle makes and marques.

APR’s Calibration Engineers spent months calibrating the engine management system, including many hours of chassis dyno development. With a thorough understanding of the ECU’s torque structure, APR’s Calibration Engineers properly increased engine load to produce more power and torque across the entire power band. APR’s ECU Upgrade increases boost pressure, optimizes ignition timing, cam timing, lambda and more to produce higher output!

APR’s ECU Upgrades provides an excellent leap in horsepower and torque while retaining OEM knock control sensitivity and other built in safety features. This results in an exciting and powerful upgrade, optimized for various fuel grades found around the world

The APR Stage I ECU Upgrade gives you higher peak numbers of 255 HP/289 FT-LBS of torque on 93 (R+M)/2 octane without any hardware modifications and up to 269 HP/295 FT-LBS of torque simply by adding the APR Intake System. APR’s Stage II ECU Upgrade takes advantage of the free flowing APR Exhaust System and provides additional torque an power at no charge to existing APR Stage I customers with an APR downpipe. Expect higher peak numbers of 273 HP/300 FT-LBS of torque with as much as 71 HP and 87 FT-LBS of torque through the power band!

The KW Clubsport coilovers provide the ability to adjust for different track surfaces, sharp turns and abrupt elevation changes. The KW Clubsport is in its home environment on the famous twists and turns of the 20.8 km long Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit.

As a supporting suspension manufacturer to numerous different racing series. KW had claimed 6 ADAC Zurich 24-hour victories within 10 years at the famous Nürburgring circuit and the ADAC GT Masters 2011 Championship. More then 70 race teams are equipped with KW coilover systems in the VLN Endurance Championship series. These race teams rely on KW’s racing expertise and experience for their vehicle setup. This information is mirrored in the development of the KW Clubsport coilover systems.

The KW Clubsport 2-way and KW Clubsport 3-way (with separate reservoir) provides the user numerous adjustment settings. This allows to user to dial the suspension setup to his/hers driving style and to adjust or match the tire/wheel setup of the vehicle.

Rebound and compression dampening is independently adjustable by hand via the integrated click adjusters. Adjustable top mounts are optional on certain applications.

The connecting rod is designed to handle power levels far beyond the original component’s ratings in order to ensure reliability with years of continued use. Increasing rod strength often comes at the expense of increased weight, which ultimately reduces engine efficiency. To generate a balance between strength and weight, APR tested and analyzed several designs in addition to using premium alloys, advanced forging techniques and multiple strengthening treatments. APR’s Engineering Team’s design requirements resulted in a tapered H-beam design, offering exceptional strength due to the H design and weight savings from tapering, a trait most commonly associated with an A design.

The wrist pin end of the rod features a wear resistant bushing material made from AMPCO 45 – a high strength alloy with mechanical properties beyond that of commercial nickel-aluminum bronzes. Wear reduction is further enhanced via a pin lubrication access point at the top of the rod, feed by the engine’s oil squirters. For further weight reduction and drop in rod compatibility with OEM and APR pistons, the wrist pin end is tapered.

When modifying an engine for strength and longevity, quality is of the utmost importance. APR’s Engineering teams have ensured each rod is created with absolute quality and control in mind each step of the way. Tolerances are kept to OEM specs and the rods are balanced to within +/- 1 gram. Furthermore the rods undergo rigorous tests to backup the entire manufacturing process. Rockwell testing provides a method for testing hardness while Magnaflux or Magnetic Particle Inspection, offers a method for detecting interruptions in the physical continuity of the casting. The result is a product you can trust.
