Nortech – Billet Coolant Vent Union, EA888 Gen 3 and 4 1.8T/2.0T Engines

Billet Coolant Vent Union is designed to replace the factory plastic and failure-prone coolant union on the cylinder head of the EA888 Gen3 engines. Being in close proximity to the turbocharger, the factory plastic coolant union is subject to a lot of heat, becoming brittle and failing over time.

Whether swapping out for the already failed part or changing as a preventative measure this Nortech upgraded part will ensure no issues going forward.

The Nortech Billet Coolant Vent Union is machined from billet aluminum, which is ideal for components exposed to high temperatures and harsh operating conditions. The Billet Coolant Vent Union is then black anodized for long-lasting looks and corrosion resistance to ensure that this upgrade is able to withstand the high temperatures next to the turbo.

The 034Motorsport Vacuum Pump Kit for Volkswagen and Audi EA888 2.0T Gen 3 can be used to replace an OEM 2.0T vacuum pump or to be used as an upgrade on 1.8T vehicles that require 2.0T fuel pump upgrade options to meet higher fueling demands for ethanol, pump gas, and bigger turbo setups.

Volkswagen and Audi EA888 1.8T Gen 3 owners can benefit from this kit as a direct drop-in upgrade for tuning applications requiring 2.0T fuel pump options. The 034Motorsport Fuel Pump Upgrade can easily be paired with this upgrade, allowing for 38.6% more fuel flow than the standard OE 2.0T pump. This increased flow allows the fuel system to meet the higher demands for ethanol, race gas, more pump gas and pairs perfectly with ECU software that requires a larger 2.0T High Pressure Fuel Pump setup!

It’s a lot for plastic and sound dampening material that takes away from the turbocharged fun your V6 or V8 engine produces. But not anymore. With an APR engine cover we’ll enhance not only the appearance of the engine bay, but the sound too! Our carbon fiber engine cover is drop dead gorgeous.
