With our all-new hand-made lightweight fabricated design and first ever built in-house stepped core intercooler we have produced, our GR intercooler is by no doubt the true real world performer. Our PRO stepped one-piece core outshines any other stepped coolers available due to its true single construction as opposed to 2 cores stuck together causing havoc for internal flow characteristics. We solved this by ensuring the centre of our core not having this obstruction but also enabling us to add another intercooler tube for even more internal volume and building the core in one with a much more challenging for us to worry about but the gains and benefits to our users being the true goal.

Inlet and outlet ports have been increased to 60mm to allow future proofing of the application for when the OEM boost pipes become restrictive when increasing output power, you are able to then replace these with our all-new tapered boost pipe kit for those running extra power to marry-up perfectly with the 60mm ports. Ur gentle tapered alloy boost pipe ensures the airflow has no obstructions or turbulence prior to entering the throttle body.

The intercooler kit only is supplied with 2x custom silicone link hoses to work with OEM pipework.

The boost pipe kit comes with silicone joiners to directly join to the turbo outlet, then to intercooler, form intercooler to the throttle body inlet pipe. OUR boost pipe kit DOES NOT work with the standard intercooler unit and requires OUR intercooler for perfect fitment but may fit other aftermarket units with some extra work.

Due to the popular demand of the Yaris GR, with the platform proving very popular with enthusiasts and showing great results from its tuning capabilities, we wanted to not only offer the best in cooling from our new GR range, but also offer customers the ability to really finish their engine bays off too! Our new hand-built alloy Header Tank will replace the standard brittle plastic tank that can so easily ruin a nice clean, modified engine bay.

With our new alloy header tank, we have also incorporated an internal baffling labyrinth to ensure the cooling system stays at optimum performance under high temperature and pressure. This is achieved with small passageways inside the inlet pipe of the new PRO tank. The body of the tank is entirely hand-fabricated, hand welded and can be bolted into place using all the standard mountings.  Finally, to finish the look off, we have added one of our billet sight glass features which not only shows a quick view of the coolant level but looks the part too!

The new tank is also fitted with the trusty and reliable bayonet style filler cap assembly, which will allow a multitude of cap fitments, including high pressure racing caps.

These tanks are offered in a textured black finish which matches the OEM engine bay nicely, or a brushed silver aluminium finish for those wanting to brighten up the engine bay.

Our all-new Yaris GR Range would not be complete without offering the best in cooling in all aspects, this includes how the charge-air enters the system initially! We have taken care of this by creating a hand-made open-top air box with our signature branded PRO foam filter. No cutting required!

With the only kit available on the market to take full advantage of the unused ducting on the GR, we are able to supply twice the amount of airflow to our Intake system. With all other kits available on the market only using the original OEM intake port, the filter may have been increased in sizing, but the airflow amount received will be the same as a standard airbox!

With our kit, we have maximised the available airflow initially to the filter with creating our ‘horn’ style ancillary ducting that utilises further unused ducts on the GR! Not to mention we have an extra open port on the underside to add even further airflow from the Circuit pack ducting as well.

Available in our powder coated Textured Black to tie in perfectly with the OE engine bay.

The development for the Pro Alloy Audi S1 intercooler began with an enquiry from a customer who needed a high performance upgrade, without the need for making big irreversible changes to his car. The current availability of aftermarket intercoolers was limited to inefficient core types and designs, some requiring major modification to install. We took the opportunity to develop a user friendly kit that bolts on in place of the original bumper bar, and requiring only a tiny amount of plastic trimming to the front panel and inside front lower edge of the bumper which is unseen.

The Pro Alloy S1 kit is sold as competition specification, not road spec due to the bumper bar change. The only further recommendation is to use the RS Style honeycomb grille for greater airflow. The kit bolts on to original mounting fixtures, and even the towing eye feature is retained. The intercooler core is a well proven tube and fin design, lightweight and far more efficient than bar and plate types which will struggle with heat soak and recovery inlet temps. This core is regularly used for power levels of 500bhp.

The key to the new intercoolers performance is the increase in core surface area, generating low inlet temps where other offerings struggle to make big improvements. We have achieved a growth in core surface area of 113% over standard, plus we have added 40% of internal volume to cope with increased boost demands. The intercoolers are finished in satin black or silver powder coat finish, with or without the “PRO” logo.

We are very excited to announce the launch of our brand new ‘PRO STREET’ intercooler for the Audi RS3 8v (Mk2). Proudly fabricated here in the United Kingdom by our highly skilled team of fabricators.

Unlike other RS3 intercoolers on the market, we decided to create an intercooler that fits snugly under the crash bar with NO crash bar modifications required; this means most importantly no changes are made to structural rigidity of the front end of the vehicle and will still perform as it should if a collision was to occur. This really gives peace of mind when using our cooler that the vehicle will be as safe as it was when leaving the factory while also not invalidating insurance.

Our PRO STREET intercooler is longer, taller and much wider than the standard intercooler utilising every bit of available space behind the grill while still sitting under the crash bar. With minimal modifications needed to the backside of the bumper this kit wont impact the resale of the vehicle and is easily reversible back to stock. This makes our intercooler a great modification to any enthusiast knowing the car can be returned to original state easily.

We are very pleased to offer this kit knowing customers will be able to fit our intercooler on at home using a few basic tools! This means our kit is a super user friendly item while giving great benefits, allowing your RS3 to achieve up to 500hp with this cooler!
